AVM makes you change your broker opinion if they don't like the price your came in at??????? Whose opinion is it and if they don't live in the area, they do not know the cirumstances or true market values...sounds fishy to me? Gave them 3 comps in the same elementary school district. They said the interstate divided comps and to find other comps. ? they were all under one mile from subject. I quit!
